What We Cover

Locker Organization & Standards

  • Learn where everything is in the locker
  • Everything goes back exactly where it was — no exceptions
  • Help your team out by resetting the space for the next person
  • Be mindful, be respectful, this is a shared space
  • Always use the FotoGenic cart when loading equipment — do not carry everything by hand

Check Cherry (Event Command Center)

  • 80% of what you need to know is in here
  • This is the first place you check when you arrive — every time
  • Do not guess details — check the event

  • Dark green = confirmed → you’re working it
  • Purple = not confirmed → do not assume you’re booked

If you see a purple event you want:

  • Message me: “If this confirms, I would love to take it”
  • Once it’s confirmed, I’ll add you and it will show on your calendar

How to know what booth to take:

  • Lights, Camera, Print → bring the printer
  • Lights, Camera, Share → no printer
  • Roamer / 360 → different setup (we’ll cover this later)

Design tab:

  • Shows how many photos guests will take
  • Shows layout (2x6 or 4x6)
  • 3 photos = you are guiding 3 poses
  • 2x6 = prints as strips

Questionnaire tab:

  • This is where clients add notes directly
  • This is also where you complete your Event Recap after every event see below

Event Recap expectations:Questionnaire tab

  • If something goes wrong, write it down
  • Explain what happened and how you solved it
  • This helps you learn and helps us catch patterns
  • We use this info for venue Google reviews
  • I use this to communicate with clients if needed
  • Example: “The booth was down for 15 minutes due to XYZ”
  • Be detailed — this matters
  • I’ve got your back, we just need clear communication as a team
